Utorrent taking forever to download version 3.5

Since I've switch to uTorrent 3. Well it does its job, but it takes a a few days to do it. Yesterday I downloaded version 3. Today I noticed that my speeds were back to a snails crawl Install iLivid to increase your download speed". And when I checked my version, its back to the crappy non-freaking-working version 3. Give me a freaking break This darn thing did a update without even notifying me. I just switched to Vuse Bittorrent Client.
